They recognise the thinking related to changes in the digitalising operating environment. They are familiar with knowledge management theories and operating models. Students master some of the approaches, tools and practices of knowledge management. They have a vision of the significance of digital security in social and health services and are proficient in some tools that enable the development of information security in their own work community
