Objective

The students are able to compare and find solutions to carry out the work of the various agricultural production forms, as well as to assess the viability of changing the production form according to the machines, buildings and competence of a developing farm.

Content

Agricultural production forms, ergonomics, work analysis, standard time system, work development tools.

The student knows the basic concepts of agricultural production.

Excellent: 5
Student knows the concepts related to production forms and work development presented in the course. Knows the impact of trends on production forms. Knows the basics of ergonomically good work, work analysis, and can use them to develop his/her own work to be safe, healthy and efficient. Student can compare the various production forms and , can emphasize different points, based on each meaning, with regard to the farm-specific entity. Student can give justified advice to other farm workers on how to improve the safety and efficiency of work. Student can take into account, in general terms, the effects of the simplification of the taught models and theories on the development of production forms. Student can to look for his/her own innovative technological solutions for the various production forms. Is able to provide counselling to the workers of unknown farms regarding work improvement, considering the farm’s production form.
