Objective

The student gets real time and deepened knowledge on his/hers field of specialization by participating in R&D seminars, trainings or studying given literature. The student reports on the most interesting findings to the tutor lecturer. The student acquires his/hers knowledge and skills in project management in real working life. Ste student is able to use his/hers knowlegde in analyzing the problems in working life, in self-reliant acquisition of information and in working out creative solutions. The student makes an agreement on the content of the course with tutor lecturer.

Qualifications

Basics in the field of specialization

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Starter 1-2
The student is able to plan, run, report and evaluate a development project. The student is able to solve problems in his/hers field of specialization.

Advanced student 3-4
The student is able to solve complicated problems in the specialization field and to develope the hole branch. The student can run a large project or assingment.

Specialist 5
The student is able to make innovative solutions to the problems in the field of specialization and to answer for large assingment or projects, which includes also being a supervisor.
