Objective

The student masters the most essential parts of real time systems: Concepts, used technical implementation methods, common aspects and issues connected to the network structure and implementation. In addition, the student masters the measuring and analyzing of real time systems and is able to choose appropriate equipment and protocols based on a pre-assigned requirement specification taking into account constraints.

Content

The course includes the most commonly used protocols and solutions in real-time applications. Technical solutions for corporate networks are studied utilizing technology demos.

Qualifications

Basic principles of data networking technologies, local area network technologies, layered structure of tele communication, digitizing and coding process of an analog signal.
