Objective
The students understand the principles (definitions, the use, process, specification, design, editing software and hardware, resolutions, aspect rations, delivery methods ja compression principles) and common digital video and audio standards. They are familiar with the editing (texting, cutting, adjustments, transitions, animation e.g.) and publishing of sound and digital videos in suitable formats on the digital media services (e.g.YouTube).
Content
Digital video, video editing, video formats, the publication of videos in different formats. The principles (see learning outcomes) and editing of analog and digital sound. Treatment of sound dynamics and tone in theory and in practice. Sound file formats and publication for different purposes (especially web formats).

The student is able to make creative, impressive videos (e.g., soundscape design, layout, graphics, animation, fonts) for various purposes.
