Objective
The students understand the main theories related to the construction of values and organizational cultures, and can apply them to practice. They know the basics of value management and motivation, and are able to utilize the basic mission and vision of organization in their own activities. In addition, they can use their personal values in self-management.
Content
Values and basic principles, creating an encouraging atmosphere, management towards a vision, management of experts, and personal leadership competencies.
Qualifications
Basic skills in the development of personal competence and team learning, project work and team activity, as well as in the financial and administrative operations of a company.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The evaluation of the aforementioned implementation methods as self-evaluation and by the coach and peers. The coach determines the final grade.
