Leadership II (4cr)

Objective

The students are able to utilize the vision of the organization in directing its operations, and to use the mission of the organization in motivation and in directing its strategies. The participants understand the connection between their own company’s operations and the operating environment, and can adapt the operations accordingly. They understand the management principles of ”flat organizations” both in theory and in practice.

Content

Vision as strategy, value-based leadership / management by values, the operating environment and values of an organization; values and motivational bases.

Qualifications

Basic skills in the development of personal competence and team learning, project work and team activity, the financial and administrative operations of a company, as well as in value management.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Self-assessment, coach-assessment and peer-assessment of the aforementioned implementations. The coach determines the final grade.
