Advanced Knowledge of Tenant and Facility Services (4cr)

Objective

The students are familiar with the tasks related to maintenance, management and care of facilities, as well as lobby reception services, from the point of view of the functions in the facilities. The students are able to plan facility management services and lobby services required by the functions of the facility, and to assess the processes related to the services.

Qualifications

The students understand the significance of facility services for the operations of a property.
