Objective
The students are able to design and implement, together with experts of the field, programmes, schedules, budgets, and marketing and communication plans for meetings, congresses and trade fairs. They can independently plan and make reservations for premises, catering services, and additional programmes for the customers of events. They know how to serve demanding international congress and trade fair visitors, handle registration, and familiarise assisting staff with different tasks in trade fairs and congresses.
