Objective
The students have acquired the basic concepts related to change management and understood the significance of excellence management. They have identified their own managership and the management models prevailing in the organization, as well as the areas needing development, and defined a strategic content and realistic aims for development work. They master instrumental thinking and have the essential tools for responding to the challenges set in the work community for effectiveness and economy, and for developing personnel management.

The concepts, principles and operating models of a new management ideology and management based on competence and change.
The conditions for change management, its connections with strategy and staff. Evaluating and measuring the operation of a work community. Tools for management and development.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Active participation in contact study, written online assignment assessed according to criteria in R5.
