Objective

The students know the most common gastronomic terms and can translate menus from Finnish to French and from French to Finnish. They familiarise themselves with French food and restaurant culture.

Use of articles, adjectives, compounds, prepositions in menus, names of dishes, gastronomic terms, menus for special occasions, differences between French and Finnish food culture
