Objective
The students have an overall picture of body maintenance and slimming exercise and the connection between them.
Content
Assessment of body composition and lines, body and mind techniques, e.g. Pilates and yoga. Forms of exercise supporting slimming; muscle strength and mobility exercises.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Active and goal-oriented training and completion of assignments, reflecting approach in learning diary.
