Objective

The student recognises and is able to describe the significance of creativity as a resource in life. The student is able to utilise creativity in their own daily life to promote their well-being and sustainable everyday living.

Content

What actually is creativity, and what benefits does it offer in life? Harness your inner creative potential and learn to utilise it in building your own sustainable everyday life! In this study module, you will explore, through practical tasks, such aspects as: definitions of creativity, connections between creativity and well-being, and the potential of creativity in your own everyday life.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student is able to describe the benefits of utilising creativity, its effects on well-being, and to reflect on related knowledge. The student is able to identify factors influencing their own creativity and to find ways to maintain their own creativity.

Further information

The course is suitable for anyone wishing to pause for a moment to reflect on the potential and power of creativity, as well as to expand their knowledge of creativity and its utilisation for their own or others' benefit. No previous experience is required for the course.
