Good practices in career management – development and sharing of expertise (1cr)

Objective

The purpose of the study module is to strengthen the student’s competence in identifying and applying best practices of career management in organisations. Additionally, the aim is to deepen expertise in competence development at different stages of the career as well as in the methods of tacit knowledge management. Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to evaluate age management practices in an organisation and identify needs for their development.

The student demonstrates mastery of the basic content of the course unit, but there are deficiencies in independent information acquisition, interpretation, and the ability to apply what has been learned.

The student demonstrates a strong command of the course content. They actively acquire information and interpret its key connections. They possess the ability to analyse what they have learned and to apply it in practice.

The student demonstrates a comprehensive and diverse mastery of the course content. They possess excellent, purpose-appropriate information acquisition skills. In their solutions, they exhibit independence and responsibility. Their ability to apply acquired knowledge in practice demonstrates creativity and versatility.
