Objective
The purpose of the study module is to strengthen the student’s competence in identifying and applying best practices of career management in organisations. Additionally, the aim is to deepen expertise in competence development at different stages of the career as well as in the methods of tacit knowledge management. Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to evaluate age management practices in an organisation and identify needs for their development.
