Objectives
The purpose of the course is that you master the key knowledge base and methods of HR management and well-being at work, and you are able to utilize competence in your own work.
Learning Objective:
You can identify the principles of sustainable working life development and understand their connections to the quality and productivity of work, as well as to well-being. You are able operate according HR management theory. You knows how to develop work and work community functions succesfully driven by strategic human resource management principles. You know the essential challenges in human resource and well-being management, you know the essential methods and tools in human resource and well-being management and you can apply them in your own work. You are able to understands the main mechanisms in the construction and maintenance of well-being. You understand and are able to apply the basic principles of a dialogical and coaching leadership style.
Content
Sustainable development of working life and trends in the operating environment. Key concepts of HR management and occupational wellbeing and their importance to the work community. The role of HR management in sustaining and developing work community cohesion and staff motivation. Development models and good practices of occupational wellbeing. Coaching and dialogic leadership, early intervention and ways to support.

Two teaching days as distance learning with a Zoom connection.

Student is aware of basics of human resource and well-being management, as well as understands some of the key tools and methods. Student identifies the construction and maintenance mechanism of wellbeing at work. Student knows some methods of dialogic and coaching management.

Student is aware of basics of human resource and well-being management, as well as knows how to apply key tools and methods in working life.The student knows and applies key mechanisms for the construction and maintenance of wellbeing at work within their own expertise area. The student is able to apply knowledge related to the sustainable development and performance of working life in his/her own work. The student understands and is able to apply some methods of dialogic and coaching management in his / her work.

Student masters the basics of human resource and well-being management and is able to use the essential tools and methods in working life. Student masters and can use the key mechanisms for the construction and maintenance of wellbeing at work within their own expertise area.The student masters the principles of sustainable development and is able to analyze their connection to productivity and to work place wellbeing

The student is able to make a synthesis of the models and theories of human resource management and wellbeing at work and their interaction with each other. The student applies their key tools and methods in developing the practices of HR management and wellbeing at work in his/her own field. The student is able to combine key mechanisms of construction and maintaining wellbeing at work in the management of occupational wellbeing in his/her own field. The student is able to combine and synthesize principles related to the sustainable development of working life to develop work productivity and workplace wellbeing in their own field.

Excellent 5
Student is able to evaluate the practices of human resource management and occupational wellbeing. He or she is able to apply their tools and methods critically but with a working life orientation. Student is able to evaluate critically the key mechanisms of construction and maintaining wellbeing at work. The student is able to justify the sustainable development of working life in accordance with the related principles. He or she can evaluate their relationship to work productivity and the workplace wellbeing.
