You can act appropriately and in ethical way in various workplace interaction and communication situations using different tools. You can communicate in international and multicultural environment. You can develop your own language and communication skills in a purposeful manner in accordance with the principles of lifelong learning. You understand the significance of language and communication skills in the work community and as a part of your professional competence.

Prerequisites

Level B2 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages in English and level B1 in Swedish.

Further Information

If the student's language of school education is Swedish, his/her proficiency in Finnish is demonstrated in Työelämän viestintä (Working Life Communication), in which the teacher assesses both written and oral Finnish language skills.
