Objective
The object of the course
The object of the course is that you understand the significance of interaction skills as a success factor and as an essential workplace and leadership skill. You are able to develop interaction within the work community in a variety of situations.

Business competence: The student knows the central theories related to this specialisation option
Learning to learn: The student also takes responsibility for group learning and sharing what has been learned.
Operating in a workplace: The student is able to work constructively in a work community and promotes their own and their work community’s wellbeing. The student is able to act professionally in communication and interaction situations at a workplace.
Ethics: The student is able to take responsibility for their own actions and their consequences and reflects on them in accordance with the ethical principles and values of their field. The student takes others into account and promotes equality and non-discrimination.
