A course accepted as completed is assessed on the following five-step scale:


2 (Satisfactory) The student understands different research methods in tourism industry. The student can explain multiple perspectives in content matter. The student applies research data collection process and project management theory into practice.

1 (Sufficient) The student identifies different research methods in tourism industry. The student understands multiple perspectives in content matter. The student applies research data collection process and project management theory into practice.

If the student does not meet the minimum criteria set for the course, the grade is 0 (Fail).

3 (Good) You can explain different research methods in tourism research. You can demonstrate multiple perspectives in content matter. You are able to conduct research data collection process including analysis. You are able to analyze project management process.

4 (Very Good) You can select different research methods in tourism research. You can evaluate multiple perspectives in content matter. You are able to conduct research data collection process including analysis and complex data comparison. You are able to analyze and evaluate project management process.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

5 (Excellent) You can critisize different research methods in tourism industry. You can evaluate multiple perspectives in content matter. You are able to apply complex research data collection process including analysis and re-formulation of the process. You know how to re-organize project management process.
