There are two (2) main topics in the course:
Hospitality services in Finland and globally
Multi-cultural perspectives and working in multi-cultural team
Objective
You recognize the operating environment of the tourism and hospitality industry and sectors sub-areas. You are able to work in multicultural work environments and recognize diversity as part of the operating environment of service business.

Pass (S):
The student recognizes the field in the marata sector and the actors influencing to the sector. They understand the effects of cultural diversity in work environments. The student is able to collect and select information from different information resources.
Fail (0): The grade is fail, if the student does not meet the minimum criteria set for the course.
