Objective

On completion of this module, students will be able to use various tools of management and leadership skills in relation to lead their organization to the best possible performance. The student knows quality management methods, but he has also a deeper understanding in the complex management and leadership issues that are the driving forces for the excellent business performance.

Content

Perspectives to aspects of leadership, values, organizational behaviour, motivations and practices. The course offers deeper knowledge in management systems, strategic management, learning organizations and in the process of managerial decision-making.
