Objective

You will develop language learning strategies and lifelong as well as outside of the classroom learning skills. In addition, you will develop skills to participate in communication situations in daily life and in the workplace. You will write short texts, e.g. a job application. You will develop your reading strategies and understand simple texts.

- Using compensation strategies to be understood

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

You manage routine situations for working life and everyday encounters. You communicate about familiar subjects. You can write understandable basic texts for working life with a dictionary. You find media texts about topics that interest you, and you understand the main points. You understand speech that has been slowed down a bit and can ask if you do not understand.

Successfully completed Finnish 3 at Jamk or CEFR level A2.1
