In this course, you will become familiar with housing investment and the housing market. You know the significance of housing investment activities and understand the basic concepts of housing investment operations. You know the basic elements of the housing market and are able to assess the returns and risks of different investment options.
Content
The course deals with the housing market, the administration and finances of a housing company, shareholders' loan shares and subsequent calculations, and taxation issues related to housing investment. The course is suitable as part of studies in the field of finance.

Exam will be held in a classroom on week 15. Two resit examinations will be held in Exam.
