Objective
The student will be able to recognise drivers and factors impacting ones time management skills. The student will be able to utilise basic skills of time management to develop their daily well-being and improve in the efficiency of the way they manage their routines.
Content
In this first 1 ECTS course the student will get familiar with time management the help of online lectures, s and individual reading task and an assignment. The student will get familiar with the new book by the Finnish Olympic Committee “Kehity huippu-urheilijaksi” and gain information from lectures by a professional track athlete (Nooralotta Neziri) and JAMK’s teaching assistants.

Qualifications
These study module is aimed for the high school students of the Jyväskylä Sports Academy. The module can be included to elective studies in the students personal study programme, but must be approved by the tutor teacher or study coordinator before starting them.
