Objective
After completing the supervised internship, the student knows the practical tasks that are essential for professional studies and can apply his / her knowledge and skills to the working life. The student understands the operations of an organization and related issues such as quality and management systems, financial realities and the laws of working life. During the internships, the work and school representatives, who are instructors, assist the student in achieving their goals.
The student sets goals for his / her internship according to his / her work tasks together with the supervisors. The student returns the objectives, a statement of the achievement of the objectives, interim and final feedback memos, and a report of the internship. The report will include: analyze the achievement of the learning objectives of the practice. These are the basic tasks of the course.

Time and location
The duration of the traineeship must be at least 10 calendar weeks in the case of full-time work five days a week. The traineeship is broadly open to all types of work in the construction sector and there are no specific requirements for the workplace.
Teaching methods
The theme of the construction apprenticeship is "Me as a construction professional". You will be able to identify the competences required to become a construction specialist or manager, apply the knowledge and skills you have learnt in school and develop a personal professional development plan.
Completing a traineeship involves a period of work in the workplace and reporting back to the school on the tasks and learning objectives.
Student workload
The duration of the traineeship must be at least 10 calendar weeks in the case of full-time work five days a week.

Approved: the completed traineeship report will be assessed on a pass/fail scale. The approved report must comply with the internship reporting guidelines.

Harjoittelun 3 teemana on minä rakennus- ja yhdyskuntatekniikan ammattilaiseksi. Osaamistavoitteena on, että opiskelija tunnistaa rakennus- ja yhdyskuntatekniikan asiantuntija tai esihenkilötyöhön liittyviä vaatimuksia, osaa soveltaa koulussa opittuja tietoja ja taitoja käytäntöön sekä osaa laatia henkilökohtaisen ammatillisen kehittymissuunnitelman.
Harjoittelujakson suorittaminen tarkoittaa työjaksoa työpaikalla sekä työtehtävien ja oppimistavoitteiden raportoimista koululle. Käytössä Workseedin oppimisympäristö.
