The object of the course is that you understand the significance of supervisory work and team leadership as success factors in organizations and are able to develop team leadership.

The grade for the course is based on the competence shown in the personal essay and in the group work related to the everyday life of the manager. Group study is possible to replace with a personal learning assignment by agreeing about it with the lecturer in the beginning of the course in case the student has management working experience .

Exam dates and retake possibilities

Deadline for returning the personal essay is on 25th of April 2025.
The retake of the personal essay is possible on 16th of May 2025 and 30th of May 2025.

Content scheduling

During the course, interactive webinars, independent study, group work and group discussions will alternate. Additionally, personal learning assignments and personal essay will be completed throughout the duration of the course.

Attendees will be checked within three weeks of the start of the implementation, and securing a study place on the course requires approved completion of the orientation assignment.
