In this course, you will learn the theory, tools, and best practices related to service management and monitoring. You will understand the principles of service management and monitoring, and be familiar with the technology, terminology, and documentation used in service automation. You will learn the most common methods for managing and monitoring services and be able to apply them in practice. The course equips you with the skills to manage and monitor services effectively.
