After completing the course, you will be able to carry out gynecological nursing work in accordance with the principles of professional activity in a multidisciplinary sexual and reproductive health service system.
You know how to create a secure, trusting relationship, taking into account the cultural background of the woman and her family. You recognize difficult and sensitive things and know how to talk to them with a woman and her family.
You can implement empowerment-based sexual health promotion, prevent sexual health risk factors, anticipate and participate in treatment in a multi-professional manner
You can apply process thinking and you can make evidence-based decisions in the planning, implementation and evaluation of gynecological nursing, even in unforeseen situations.
You know the main research and help methods in gynecological nursing, as well as the related digital and nursing technology, and you know how to apply and evaluate them in gynecological nursing.
You know the different partners in gynecological nursing and know how to work as an expert in midwifery in a multi-professional team.
You know how to lead your own activities and recognize the importance of the team in managing midwifery. You will be able to critically review your own skills and develop yourself professionally.
