Under the guidance of you, you can plan, implement and evaluate resource-based nursing care for gynecology in collaboration with a woman and her family, and justify decisions with evidence-based information.
Under the guidance, you are able to implement key gynecological research and treatment methods using digitalisation and implement safe medication
You know how to work in accordance with the sustainable development goals and ethical principles and guidelines of nursing, You can critically review and develop your skills.

Professional practice to promote gynecological nursing in accordance with the objectives described above.
Qualifications
The student masters the contents of anatomy and physiology as well as the fields of pharmacology and medicine that are related to the above-mentioned nursing studies.
The student masters the methods of health promotion, internal medicine nursing and mental health, substance abuse and crisis care.
The student knows the basics of evidence-based decision making.
The student masters the basics of maternity and female nursing.

You are able to promote the sexual and reproductive health of women and their families.
You can plan, implement and evaluate resource-based nursing in gynaecological diseases in cooperation with women and their families and justify decisions with evidence-based information under supervision.
You can implement key gynaecological examination and treatment methods utilising digitalisation and implement safe pharmacotherapy.
You can work in accordance with the principles of ethical and sustainable development in nursing and are able to critically examine and develop your competence.
Professional practice is assessed on a scale of accepted / rejected according to separate traineeship evaluation criteria.
