Objective

The purpose of the course is that you master the key knowledge base and methods of HR management and well-being at work, and you are able to utilize competence in your own work.

Learning Objective:

You can identify the principles of sustainable working life development and understand their connections to the quality and productivity of work, as well as to well-being. You are able operate according HR management theory. You knows how to develop work and work community functions succesfully driven by strategic human resource management principles. You know the essential challenges in human resource and well-being management, you know the essential methods and tools in human resource and well-being management and you can apply them in your own work. You are able to understands the main mechanisms in the construction and maintenance of well-being. You understand and are able to apply the basic principles of a dialogical and coaching leadership style.

Sustainable development of working life and trends in the operating environment. Key concepts of HR management and occupational wellbeing and their importance to the work community. The role of HR management in sustaining and developing work community cohesion and staff motivation. Development models and good practices of occupational wellbeing. Coaching and dialogic leadership, early intervention and ways to support.

Student is aware of basics of human resource and well-being management, as well as understands some of the key tools and methods. Student identifies the construction and maintenance mechanism of wellbeing at work. Student knows some methods of dialogic and coaching management.

Satisfactory 2
Student is aware of basics of human resource and well-being management, as well as knows how to apply key tools and methods in working life.The student knows and applies key mechanisms for the construction and maintenance of wellbeing at work within their own expertise area. The student is able to apply knowledge related to the sustainable development and performance of working life in his/her own work. The student understands and is able to apply some methods of dialogic and coaching management in his / her work.
