Objective
Purpose of the course:
Conflict management skills are relevant from the perspective of organizations, work communities, teams, projects and individuals. It can be used in responsible management and project management positions to improve the working atmosphere and the realisation of ethical values, as well as to promote cooperation between different stakeholders.

You will compile the reference material from a few key research articles and non-fiction books suitable for the phenomenon.
