Objective

The student masters the basic knowledge and terminology of industrial services and the operation strategy of service company.
Student understand different pricing principles of services. Based on analysis of the business environment student can specify service products and develop the implementation.

Content

Definition, structure and contents of services. Industrial services. Development, productization and level of productization. Evaluation of service offering and continuous improvement. Prizing and concretise of industrial services.

The student familiar with theoretical and conceptual knowledge of industrial services and is able to identify and analyze industrial service using given case. The student knows how to apply information in decision making.

2 (satisfactory)
The student is able to select and apply appropriate approaches to analyze own industrial service problems and is able to utilize the analyze.

3(good)
The student can analyze critically the problems of industrial services of own organization and propose well-founded solutions to these problems and communicate them.

4(very good)
The student is able to analyze critically the problems of managing the industrial services and develop innovative proposals how to solve the challenges and implement them.

The student can develop a new concept solution of the industrial service product and management with a connection to strategic management of the organization.
