Objective
On successful completion of this module a student will be able to evidence the following:

basic issues of space planning

Sufficient 1
The Student:
- knows the factors related to the functionality and usability of the premises
- knows the stages of the construction project and the user representatives in the building project.
Satisfactory 2
The student:
- understands space planning
- understands the needs of the user in spatial planning
- understands the effects of the built environment on user well-being.
Good 3
The student:
- master grade 1-2 in addition to the required core competence and is able to apply the lessons learned:
- to understand the premises as a productive environment.
- is able to visualize a functioning space.
- Can act as a representative of the user in the working groups of the construction project.
Excellent 4
The student:
- master the core competencies required for grade 1-3 and:
- is able to promote the user-centeredness of the premises in the spatial planning
- can use the RT card appropriately in space planning.
Excellent 5
In addition to the required core competence of grade 3 (good) - 4 (praiseworthy),
- the student is able to apply the lessons learned:
- the student is able to analyze the business space from the point of view of productivity.
- is able to operate user-centered in construction project teams.
- is able to evaluate and develop the usability and functionality of premises by means of user-oriented space planning.
