Purpose of the course
In professional practice you will work in different mental health, addiction and crisis nursing environments. You will do screening and early identification of mental health and addiction disorders. Under supervision, you will also plan and implement holistic nursing care of the patients. Under supervision, you work professionally with patients in acute crisis. You work as a member of a multiprofessional team. Professional practice strengthens your professional ethics and your self-reflection skills.
