Objective

The aim of the course is to deepen your understanding of different social work orientations, impact research and evaluation processes as part of client work.

You will be able to design and lead the search for, implementation and consolidation of sustainable solutions and approaches in your work community.

You will be able to develop new client-oriented, sustainable and economically viable solutions, anticipating the future.

You will have a good command of concepts, knowledge base and key working methods corresponding to social work expertise and will actively assess and maintain your skills.

Content

The main contents of the course are client-oriented and multidisciplinary orientation, functionality and creative methods, understanding the effects of deprivation and crises and the application of appropriate work orientations, community work, structural social work.

Sufficient (1)
You understand the different social work orientations in your context. You are familiar with impact research and know the methods used in impact research. You understand effective and efficient methods from a sustainable development perspective. You can independently design an evaluation process in client work, nut there are gabs.

Satisfactory (2)
You will apply different social work orientations in your work environment. You are familiar with effectiveness research and are able to apply methods of effectiveness research in your work. You are able to apply effective and efficient methods from a sustainable development perspective. You will be able to independently design an evaluation process in client work.

Good (3)
You will apply and analyse different social work orientations in your context. You are familiar with impact research and know how to apply impact research methods in your work. You are able to evaluate and apply effective and efficient methods from a sustainable development perspective. You will be able to independently design and critically analyse an evaluation process in client work.

Structure, apply and analyse different social work orientations in the context of your practice. You are proficient in impact research and are able to apply and analyse methods of impact research in your work. You are able to evaluate and apply effective and efficient methods from a sustainable development perspective. You will be able to independently design an assessment process in client work, applying, structuring and critically analysing it.

In addition to the above, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of social work methodology and impact research and be able to apply knowledge in a consistent manner in your work. Your analysis is multifaceted, logical, analytical and innovative.
