Content scheduling

Opintojaksolla on 10 työpajaa kestoltaan 3,5h. Työpajat järjestetään viikon välein. Niiden välillä työstetään viikkotehtäviä, jotka puretaan valmentajien opastuksella seuraavalla viikolla. Tämän jälkeen valmentaja ohjeistaa uuden aiheen ja tehtävän, jota työstetään taas seuraavan viikon ajan. Työpajojen aiheet ovat seuraavat (järjestys voi vaihdella):

Content scheduling

Opintojaksolla on 10 työpajaa kestoltaan 3,5h. Työpajat järjestetään viikon välein. Niiden välillä työstetään viikkotehtäviä, jotka puretaan valmentajien opastuksella seuraavalla viikolla. Tämän jälkeen valmentaja ohjeistaa uuden aiheen ja tehtävän, jota työstetään taas seuraavan viikon ajan. Työpajojen aiheet ovat seuraavat (järjestys voi vaihdella):

1. Opintojakson orientaatio, erilaiset lähestymistavat yrittäjyyteen
2. Tuotteet ja asiakkaat
3. Markkina-analyysi
4. Kilpailija-analyysi
5. Hinnoittelu ja kannattavuuslaskelma
6. Myynti- / markkinointisuunnitelma
7. Kassavirtalaskelma
8. Rahoituslaskelma
9. Esitysten valmistelu
10. Liikeideoiden esitykset rahoittajalle

Content scheduling

Kurssilla työskentely tapahtuu pääsääntöisesti itsenäisenä verkko-opiskeluna. Kurssiin kuuluvat kaksi tapaamista pidetään kurssin virtuaaliluokkahuoneessa:
• ma 1.11. klo 8:30-12:00 Tervetuloa Ideasta yritykseksi digivalmennukseen: kurssin esittely ja esittäytymiset, ohjeistusta digivalmennuksen suorittamiseen ja oppimisympäristössä työskentelyyn
• ma 10.1. klo 8:30-12:00 Liikeideoiden esittäminen

Lisäksi valmentaja on paikalla virtuaaliluokkahuoneessa kurssin alkaessa ilmoitettuina ajankohtina, jos haluat kysyä tai keskustella kurssiin, liikeideaasi tai sen kehittämiseen jne. liittyvistä asioista.

Opetuspäivät (lähi- ja etäopetus) järjestetään oheisen ohjelman mukaisesti. Opetuspäivien lisäksi koulutukseen sisältyy henkilökohtaisia valmennustapaamisia sekä ohjattua etäopiskelua. Aikataulu kontaktipäivissä tarkentuu teemoittain valmennuksen alussa. Opiskeluaika lähipäivinä sijoittuu klo 9.00-16.00 välille.
