Objective

Service production course gives you the understanding of the role of services from the both, buyers and suppliers point of view. This increases your understanding of the importance of services as a part of the offering of a company and you are able to determine the different service models. You can price a service and you understand the significance of creating customer value. You are able to create a service product from a separate modules and you can implement new technologies as a part of the service. You master the contract models of the services and understand the princibles and processes of outsourcing. You are able to perform a competitive bidding process as a part of a service acquisition.

Engineering practice:
You are able to apply cost calculation and process management skills in practical actions.

Multidisciplinary competences:
You understand service management processes and are able to price and execute services.

Communication and team-working:
You are abile to operate as a part of a group of subject matter experts.
